Have you ever found yourself drifting further from God than you ever intended to go? This Sunday's message, "Homecoming: Returning Home," took us deep into Luke 15 -- the story of the prodigal son -- and revealed something powerful: backsliding never begins with an action. It begins in the heart.

Just as the younger son lost sight of who his father was, we can lose sight of who God is in our lives when we begin chasing our own desires. Sin will take you further than you intended to go and keep you longer than you planned to stay.

The good news? The Father sees you coming from a long way off. Restoration is found in repentance -- a genuine change of heart that shows up in the way we live. No matter how long you have been away, it is never too late to return home.
